For my first post to this blog, I decided to share some of the Web 2.0 links I found. I had never even heard of this until it was mentioned in my first IT class on Monday night. Many of the applications and website thats are considered Web 2.0 I use on a daily basis but I never stopped to consider how different they were from other, older sites.
I did some searching and found lots of very interesting Web 2.0 information. One of the coolest sites I found is called Go2Web2.0 which claims to be the "Complete Web 2.0 Directory".
While I'm not sure if this is the complete list of all the Web 2.0 applications, they certainly do have a large selection. Some of the favorites that I've found so far:
- This one lets you make simple animations.
- A free whiteboard
- "How to" videos

I checked out the free whiteboard which was awesome. The freehand button is great - but its hard to write examples (I teach math) with a mouse. Do you know of any tool that can write better and replace the mouse?
