eLearning may require the ability to collaborate and conference with others around the world at one given time. Centra and Elluminate are two programs that I have had to use to accomplish such a task. These resources are fine when the events are organized by an organization willing to pay for resources. However, my curiosity set me on a search for additional FREE tools that may serve the same purpose. Check out of a few of the findings:
