Proform (formerly Flashform) is "open elearning for everyone." It is a Flash-based elearning studio that allows users to create elearning courses and tools without Flash experience or the Flash software. Users can incorporate Flash effects, such as rollover images, into the course itself. Proform allows the instructor to use audio and image questions that I have not seen in other courses. The most interesting aspect of Proform, in my opinion, would have to be the interactive components that instructors can include for the learners. These allow for user-interaction with an item displayed on the screen (beyond the basic text-based questions).
Some cool features include:
Full interface customization
Record on-screen content for video tutorials
Integrate your course with any LMS (SCORM or AICC)
Use Flash to make additional customizations to style and interface
Proform Community forum to share or sell your course
RapidIntake offers other products related to elearning as well. Check out the screenshots and video tutorials to see what can be done with Proform.
