Courses on-line

on-line course design is the future of education. There is so much information on how to effectively structure an on-line class. I found a site that lists a variety of different on-line course design structures, from syllabus creation to student evaluation.

Enjoy.

Hi Ron,

Good information on this site. I particularly liked the article titled The Reluctant Online Professor and how she restructured and changed an online class to make her students more motivated and interested. I particularly liked her emphasis on creating groups of 4 or 5 students within your class in order to assist the students better. Personally, from my online experience at Bloomsburg, I couldn't agree more. Honestly, the group is what I really depend on and count on when I need answers. Someone is always there ready and willing to assist and answer questions or show you how something is done. I also liked the article Five Ways to Optimize your Design. There were some great tips in there that I will use in my online class such as keep it simple and content is king. Thanks again for a great post!
