Working with SME's
Since most of us will someday have to work in collaboration with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) I found this blog to be very useful. I wanted to share it with the class. The Rapid eLearning Blog, one of our class blog links, is fantastic. I subscribe to it and I'm never disappointed when I read the new posts. They're always brilliant and incredibly useful. Enjoy!

Thanks for directing us to that post. I thought it contained valuable information for all people involved in teaching. The comment, "The challenge for you is that most people copy what they’re familiar with" holds true for most people! This is a great reminder for us as we look at working in our current classrooms as well as preparing to help construct a "classroom experience" for those in cyber education and/or the business world.
